| Allen County War Memorial
Coliseum Fort Wayne, Indiana Friday January 23, 2009 & Saturday January 24, 2009 |
| 1. | No Limousines, or Hearses |
| 2. | Drivers must be at least 18 years of age |
| 3. | No one under 16 allowed in the pit area. Minors must be accompanied by parent or have met requirements outlined in the informational letter. |
| 4. | Driver must wear seat belt, helmet, and eye protection. Long Sleeve Shirt and pants must be worn. FLAME RETARDENT JUMP SUIT STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. |
| 5. | All Drivers must attend drivers meeting. |
| 6. | NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN PITS! |
| 7. | There is a $100.00 protest
fee. You must be a driver to protest. You must have cash in hand at drivers meeting to protest. |
| 8. | Must have a minimum of a 4 point cage for safety. |
| 9. | No Cement in the cars. This includes tires, frames, bumpers, etc. If any cement is found in car it will be disqualified. |
| 10. | No Metal Plates on tires. Tires must be visible. |
| 11. | Original gas tank must be removed. You must use a boat tank or well made fuel cell and it must be properly secured and covered. No gas cans. Plastic gas tanks must be covered with a metal shield. Fuel line must be secured where seat use to be. High pressure fuel line recommended. |
| 12. | Batteries must be moved to passenger floorboard close to transmission. It must be properly secured and covered. Home made battery box, old car rim, ect. |
| 13. | You must have a number in bright colors on each door. |
| 14. | All glass plastic, chrome, and interior must be removed from car before arriving to the derby. |
| 15. | All cars must have working brakes. |
